We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. So, if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy self-service return process. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, your return must be made within the time limit of 10 days of receiving the product delivered to your shipping address. All purchases must be mailed back with a RMA #. No returns are accepted without a RMA# on the outside of the box. All issued RMA numbers are valid for a period of 5 calendar days only. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.
Returned products must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials, and accessories. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Any incomplete returns will also be refused. Securely package the product you wish to return within an outer box. Do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging. Shipping and handling are non-refundable for all returns, exchanges and refused shipments. Return freight and return customs fee are also non-refundable.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization. Cancellations must be done prior to order processing and must be made by phone. While rarely exercised, Super Store 4 Less does reserve the right to deny any exchange or return request.
Package or discounted orders are given at a reduced rate and cannot be broken apart or partially refunded or returned. RMA #s for discounted packages are issued for the complete return of such packages. No partial or incomplete return of such packages will be accepted. Special order, Items that are damaged or abused, and extended warranties cannot be returned. When a bundle is purchased and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void, and the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund. For example, if you receive $200 in savings when you purchase a laptop and printer together and you return either item, the $200 bundle savings will be subtracted from your refund. When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount. For example, if you buy a TV that includes a free Blu-ray player, the total value of the Blu-ray player will be deducted from the refund if the Blu-ray player is not returned with the TV.
Super Store 4 Less is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
Super Store 4 Less is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage.
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
